Getting to Kaş by Bus

Kaş is well connected to major cities like Istanbul, Ankara, and İzmir. Direct buses to Kaş operate daily, with increased frequency during the summer season.

If you're travelling from Istanbul, you’ll find direct routes with companies like Kamil Koç. The journey takes approximately 14–15 hours, usually passing through Fethiye and Kalkan.

No Direct Bus? No Problem.

If direct buses are full or unavailable, you can:

  • Travel to Antalya, then take a smaller regional bus from the Antalya bus station to Kaş.
    • Distance: 170 km
    • Journey time: 3 hours
    • Buses run hourly from 07:00 to 23:00 (subject to seasonal changes).
  • Travel via Fethiye or Muğla.
    • Fethiye–Kaş: 105 km
    • Muğla–Kaş: 228 km
    • Buses run frequently with companies like Kamil Koç, Batı Antalya, and Fethiye Seyahat.

Dalaman Airport (DLM) – Closest Option

  • Flight duration from Istanbul: 1.5 hours
  • Airlines: Turkish Airlines, Pegasus
  • From Dalaman, take a Havaş shuttle to Fethiye, then a minibus to Kaş (approx. 110 km drive).

Antalya Airport (AYT) – Alternative Option

  • Also served by Turkish Airlines, Pegasus, and SunExpress.
  • From the airport:
    • Take the tramway to Antalya’s main bus station (approx. 40 minutes).
