Hidayet Cove is one of those magical places you’ll want to return to again and again. Surrounded by rocky hills and filled with dazzling blue water, this small cove is known for its calm seas and vibrant marine life. It’s a favourite among snorkellers, nature lovers, and anyone looking to unwind in a peaceful setting just a short trip from Kaş.

An Underwater World Just Below the Surface

Slip on your goggles or mask and you’ll discover a completely different world under the surface. Sea turtles, colourful schools of fish, lionfish, eels, squid, crabs, and even jellyfish are just a few of the creatures you might spot—often within just a few metres of the shore. On calm days, you can even spot fish with the naked eye.

A Natural Cove with Calm, Aquarium-Like Waters

Located on the Çukurbağ Peninsula, Hidayet Cove faces Kaş and Limanağzı. Like many coves in the area, the beach itself is rocky and relatively small, but the water is exceptionally calm, clear, and shallow near the shore—making it ideal for swimming and snorkelling.

What makes Hidayet stand out is how the coastal rocks gently slope into the sea, creating a natural transition from land to water. It's rare to find such a rich mix of marine life visible from both above and below the surface.

Blanca Beach: A Modern Touch

Until 2015, Hidayet Cove was known for its untouched natural feel. That changed when Blanca Beach opened its restaurant and boutique hotel, introducing wooden platforms and sunbeds built into the rocky shoreline.

You’ll now see rows of white umbrellas, sunbeds with blue cushions, and easy access to the water. A set including two sunbeds and an umbrella costs 80 TL, but using the beach itself remains free—you’re welcome to bring your own towel and enjoy the cove without charge.

Blanca Beach Hotel

The Blanca Beach Hotel is one of Kaş’s finest boutique hotels, built from local stone among olive trees. It’s a single-storey structure designed to reflect the charm of Kaş’s traditional architecture. The hotel features 17 rooms, each decorated in a different colour and fitted with cedar wood ceilings, sea views, and private terraces.
