Cancellation & Refund Policy
We know plans can change, and we aim to make cancellations as simple and fair as possible — both for our guests and for our team.
🧾 How to Cancel
You can cancel your booking directly at any time via the Manage Booking link included in your confirmation email. The process is instant and easy.

• Weekends: 10:00–17:00 GMT
💳 Refunds are processed immediately upon cancellation, but it may take 2–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank.
🚤 Scheduled Day Tours
More than 72 hours before the tour:
✅ Full refund — no questions asked.
Within 72 hours of the tour:
❌ Unfortunately, cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable, as it's too short notice for us to rebook your place or rearrange resources.
🛥️ Private Charter Bookings
More than 8 weeks before departure:
• Deposit is retained, and the remaining amount is refunded.
4–8 weeks before departure:
• 25% of the total amount is refundable (75% charged).
Less than 4 weeks before departure:
• ❌ No refund.
Please note that private yacht bookings involve advance provisioning and crew scheduling. We appreciate your understanding.
✳️ Airline tickets or third-party extras (e.g., transfers, paragliding) are subject to their own cancellation policies and are not refundable by us.
✈️ Flight Delays or Missed Tours
If you miss your tour due to flight delays or cancellations and were unable to notify us in advance, we won’t be able to offer a refund.
We recommend contacting your travel insurance provider in such cases. That said, please reach out — we’ll always do our best to assist or advise where possible.
🌦️ If We Cancel the Tour
In rare cases, we may have to cancel your tour due to:
- Severe weather
- Staff illness or emergencies
- Operational or safety concerns
- Low participant numbers
- Force majeure (e.g. political unrest)
If this happens, we will notify you as early as possible and offer:
- An alternative date, or
- A full refund, depending on your preference
