Cancellation and Refund Policy

We know plans can change, and we aim to make cancellations as easy and fair as possible.

🧾 How to Cancel

You can cancel your booking directly via the Manage Booking page (a link is included in your confirmation email).
If you cancel more than 24 hours before your tour starts, you’ll receive a full refund automatically.

🚤 Scheduled Tours

  • More than 24 hours before the tour:
    You’ll receive a full refund — no questions asked.
  • Less than 24 hours before the tour:
    Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable, as it's too short notice for us to rebook the spot.

✈️ Flight Delays or Cancellations

If you miss your tour due to flight issues and couldn’t notify us in time, we recommend contacting your travel insurance provider, as we’re unable to offer refunds in these situations.

🌦️ If We Cancel the Tour

In rare cases, we may need to cancel a tour due to:

  • Bad weather
  • Staff illness
  • Low participant numbers

We’ll always do our best to reschedule your trip. If that’s not possible, or you’d prefer not to reschedule, we’ll issue a full refund.
