Cuisine is the biggest question for guests boarding our boats and gulet charter. What about the cuisine on board ? People normally wonder if the food on boat trip is fresh or if it includes any ingredients they are allergic to. All foodstuff used for cooking your meals on board are supplied prior to the beginning of your gulet charter and the meals are freshly made in our fully equipped cuisine.
Our chef can cook any type of food you may like in our cuisine. However, eating lighter food in the summertime is more beneficial for you, particularly as you’ll likely be swimming frequently. Among the culinary selections you can pick on our boat are olive oil dishes, pasta types, grills, and most particularly, local fish that are freshly caught. Moreover, salads, fruit and yoghurt are essentials of dining on our Gulet.
Since our boat is rented for your private use, we will ask you to inform us beforehand about your food choices as well as any allergies or special dietary needs by filling out the information form submitted to you earlier. After the beginning of your gulet charter, our chef will cook specialities including all-fresh vegetables and fruits exclusively for you. Our offerings to our guests joining daily boat excursions are lunch, fruits, and 5 o’clock tea. At lunchtime, we serve main courses like chicken, fish or meatballs as well as the olive oil specialties freshly cooked by our chef for our guests. In addition, for our guests who choose crewed yacht rentals, our yacht charter menu includes a wide range of food and drink selections for breakfast, lunch, and supper.
